These are the most powerful mental truths I’ve learned over the years. One hundred rules, lessons, mantras, or however you want to call them. They help me persist through almost anything.

Each lesson is short, powerful, and direct.

They all teach me resilience in ways nothing else can. Each rule is a choice to act, reflect, and persist. Every truth in this list isn’t just something to know; it’s something to live. I look at these as fuel. Each one cuts through excuses, pushing me forward. Together, they help me build mental resilience, step by step.

Here’s how I persist through life.

  1. Life never stop for me, but can choose my speed.
  2. Obstacles are not barriers: they’re teachers.
  3. The struggle I resist becomes the struggle I prolong.
  4. Fear exists to show me where to grow.
  5. Growth isn’t comfort: it’s pushing past it.
