Growth in life and career is about taking responsibility and control of the direction of your journey.

It's about finding the right tools and habits to improve your health, relationships, career, finances, and more.

We grow by discovering new truths and principles that can improve our realities and upgrade our perceptions.

“Human beings are works in progress that mistakenly think they are finished,” says Dr. Daniel Gilbert, a Harvard Psychologist.

Personal growth is a commitment to intentionally make your life extraordinary. As long as you don’t make it a chore, you will satisfy your curiosities and still have fun.

Charles T. Munger explains, “Spend each day trying to be a little wiser than you were when you woke up.”

Becoming a better version of yourself means embracing habits, routines, and behaviours that can help us get wiser, healthy, and wealthy overtime.

It’s a process, a journey — not a destination.

If you aim too high, you will give up. To make it a daily behaviour, commit to tiny improvements every day.

Read at least a page of your favourite book, exercise just 5 minutes or less every morning, go for a walk for about 30 minutes, start once with just 5% of your income, add a healthy option to what you normally eat for dinner.

These are healthy habits that are impossible to fail.

There are so many different areas where we can change our lives. Start with the areas you are desperate to change.

Every day is an opportunity to find your best version and live a life of growth.

“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self,” says Ernest Hemingway.
