In our information-rich world, getting real work done is hard.

There’s always something else to do, even when you have a few essential tasks to do. If you are like most people, managing your limited time can be stressful and overwhelming.

David Allen once argues that “If you don’t pay appropriate attention to what has your attention, it will take more of your attention than it deserves.”

Resisting new emails, notifications, and urgent meetings is difficult, but tools can help you get things done faster.

There is no single rule, principle or habit for getting things done. There are multiple ideas on productivity out there. We all apply productivity guidelines differently. What works for you may not work for me.

But today, I want to share with you what I’ve found to be a great way to get stuff done without burning out or getting overwhelmed.
