There are moments in life when you come across something so profound that you feel as though it has changed the course of your existence. These moments usually happen early on in a person’s life and stay with them throughout their adulthood.

Blaise Pascal experienced one such moment when he saw the world for what it truly is; an endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. He put this discovery into words rather beautifully.

What are some of the great lessons in life? It’s hard to say exactly because people experience life differently. However, we can assume that they all point to the same thing — being happy with who you are and appreciating all that you have at any given time.
