Success seems to be an elusive goal for many people. When you look at the big picture, it’s easy to see why. There are many paths to the same goal, but not all trajectories lead to a better outcome.

Having fun is a common success factor in achieving exceptional results in almost everything. Enjoying the process of any pursuit has everything to do with its success, especially if you spend a greater percentage of your prime life doing it.

I call it the fun principle. To build better habits, achieve success at work, create a happy atmosphere at home, pursue a side project or learn timeless skills for life, don’t forget to have fun. It makes you happier, increases your creativity and helps you deal with stress better.

Dale Carnegie was right when he said: “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”

Dale Carnegie is one of the most iconic authors of the 20th century. His books have sold over 15 million copies, and his successful living principles are still used in almost everything.

He is best know for his famous book, How to Win Friends and Influence People. Carnegie was responsible for creating the modern self-improvement movement.
