Habits are powerful forces in our lives. They dictate how we think, act, and respond to our environment. When we become aware of the habits we possess, we become conscious of how they can either lead us towards or away from our goals. Through conscious effort, we can shape our habits to become more beneficial and leverage them to our advantage.

Psychologist and philosopher William James said, “All our life, so far as it has definite form, is but a mass of habits — practical, emotional, and intellectual — systematically organised for our weal or woe, and bearing us irresistibly towards our destiny, whatever the latter may be.”

Good habits can help us reach our desired outcomes in life, whether in our relationships, careers, or personal health. Investing in good habits will help us reach our goals and act as a form of leverage that can help us make changes in our lives.
