“Life can show up no other way than that way in which you perceive it.” — Neale Donald Walsh

How you perceive life is the only way it can manifest to and for you.

In other words, your beliefs, thoughts, and perceptions shape your experiences and reality.

Our beliefs are often unconscious, but they have a powerful influence on our trajectory in life.

For example, if you believe that life is unfair and that things never go your way, you may only see negative experiences and setbacks in your life.

If you believe life is full of opportunities and abundance, you are more likely to see and recognise opportunities for growth and success.

I can’t stress this enough. You have the power to shape your own reality by choosing your thoughts and perceptions.

Perception shapes reality.

But the perception of reality is not necessarily objective or accurate. “Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one,” Albert Einstein said.

Your past experiences, beliefs, and biases can influence how you perceive events and people. Therefore, it’s important to be aware of your perceptions and examine whether they serve or hold you back.

“It is all a question of perception. When you change your perception, you change your thought, and your thought creates your reality. Whatever outcome you could anticipate in any situation is already there for you. All,” explains Walsch.

Examine your past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning to create a new reality for yourself. You can only change your reality lens by becoming aware of it.

How you see the world and interpret events can have a significant impact on your experience of life.

For example, two people can experience the same situation and react differently based on their perception.

Every experience becomes an obstacle or stumbling block if you perceive life as a struggle. Life feels like life is a never-ending series of difficulties.
