Life is a Reality Problem
Realities and perceptions are not facts

The mind is a powerful tool for interpreting the world in various ways.
Every experience, whether it’s good, bad, sad, painful, joyful or soul-crushing can be interpreted in multiple ways.
Gary Zukav, a spiritual teacher and best-selling author, explains the reality of life beautifully: “Reality is what we take to be true. What we take to be true is what we believe. What we believe is based upon our perceptions. What we perceive depends upon what we look for. What we look for depends upon what we think. What we think depends upon what we perceive. What we perceive determines what we believe. What we believe determines what we take to be true. What we take to be true is our reality.”
It is easy to get caught up in the chaos of life and feel overwhelmed by the inevitability of suffering and obstacles.
A change of perception can instanly change your reality.
“The eye sees only what the mind is prepared to comprehend,” Robertson Davies, a novelist, once said.
You have the power to frame the certainty of life’s many challenges in a way that aligns with your values and perceptions.
The mind has the power to shift our perception of reality.
By reframing our thoughts and beliefs, we can change how we experience the world around us.
When it comes to the inevitability of suffering or uncertainty, we can choose to see it as a negative thing, or we can choose to see it as an opportunity to become better versions of ourselves.
If we see experiences as unfavourable, we may focus on the things that are breaking down and falling apart.
We may feel anxious and stressed about the future. We may even give up trying to make a difference in the world.
However, if we see pain or uncertainty from a different lens, we can focus on the things that are growing and evolving.
We can feel excited about the future and the possibilities that it holds. We can be inspired to take action and make a difference in the world.
