All living organisms are constantly moving and changing. The process can take many forms, including physical movement, growth, development, and evolution.

All living things need to move at the most basic level to survive. For example, animals need to move to find food, shelter, and mates, and plants need to move their leaves and stems towards sunlight to photosynthesise.

In addition to physical movement, life is also characterised by change and development over time. Living things grow and evolve, adapting to their environment and changing in response to internal and external stimuli.

Life is motion is a way of describing the dynamic and constantly changing nature of living organisms. It reflects the fact that living things are not static but rather are constantly moving, growing, and evolving.

Our lives are constantly in motion, adapting to our ever-changing circumstances and striving for progress. “Life is a full circle, widening until it joins the circle motions of the infinite,” says Anais Nin.
