“We are what we believe we are,” C. S. Lewis said.

You are literally the architect of our own life.

The only thing you’re ever experiencing at any point in life is your mind’s interpretation of the world.

Our experiences, emotions, and perceptions are products of our minds and how we interpret and react to external events.

Your present reality determines the trajectory of the rest of your life.

Your whole experience of life is in your mind,” Derek Sivers said.

How you interpret and respond to events in your life is largely determined by your internal state of being rather than the events themselves.

If you believe you can achieve something meaningful, you are more likely to put in the effort necessary to make those things happen.

The opposite is true.

Our beliefs about ourselves play a significant role in shaping our identity and sense of self.

Your perception of who you are is strongly influenced by your beliefs about yourself, including your strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
