Life is long enough if you choose to invest in meaningful experiences.

The key to adding more meaning to your life isn’t about spending years surviving or adding numbers to your life: it’s about investing in experiences that will have a lasting impact.

Meaning is a spontaneous human response to life’s experiences. Our consciousness can see underlying principles and link them in meaningful ways if we give it time.

Meaning helps us process our experiences to make sense of them, learn from them, and keep them from causing future emotional damage.

Meaning comes from being intentional about who we are and what we stand for. Meaning is not dependent on external circumstances or luck, but rather it is something that each individual creates for themselves.

Meaning is about having a personal code of ethics, a philosophy for life, and understanding one’s purpose in this world. It is about finding something you love to do every day so your days don’t feel empty.

And it is about building meaningful relationships with those around you so that you have people to support you through good times and bad moments.
