Reading is a life-changing habit. It one of the best ways to improve ourselves, learn a new topic or understand new ideas.

And you can read whenever you want. You don’t even have to rush it. There are no obligations. You can also read however you want. Both physical and digital copies are equally impactful.

The only problem with reading, especially non-fiction books, is that many people don’t do anything with the ideas. You can easily read 50 books a year but never have to implement a single idea.

Great non-fiction books are full of advice, recommendations, insights, wisdom, principles and actionable habits.

Anyone can pick a book and read it. The hard part is engaging with the book’s content, remembering and applying what you learn to your life, and doing something with what you read.

Staying in your comfort zone is easy. No matter how much you want to change, you won’t go far if you don’t proactively do something with new knowledge. Everything meaningful take effort and action.
