The Greatest Meaning of Life
It’s your existential right to create your own meaning
Freedom. Happiness. Purpose. Self-knowledge. Service. Life. Value. These are a few of the many words that come to mind when people think about the meaning of life.
The search for significance is deeply human. You and I are not the only ones who have pondered the meaning of life. Scientists and philosophers have been asking about the point of life for centuries. And they will still be asking thought-provoking questions in the next century.
There are many theories about the meaning and of life, but you don’t need to be convinced about your own existence in the end. You don’t need consensus to find meaning.
The meaning of life is what you think is important on your personal journey. It’s what you make of life. Your past collective experiences determine what you think is meaningful in life.
What’s significant for you is very different from what even your partner, brother, sister or parents deem meaningful in life. “Everyone now knows how to find the meaning of life within himself.” Kurt Vonnegut said.
