How bad will things get in the next few years? I don’t know — but right now, it doesn’t look good. Nothing makes sense anymore. We are all facing some of the toughest decisions of our lives as everything we know to be “normal” is collapsing. Many global leaders are making terrible decisions that make life unpredictable for us all. But I can’t afford to dwell on the chaos or get attached. If I lean in I will burn out.

I can’t afford to get stuck in the chaos. Neither can you.

Panic doesn’t change anything.

Stress doesn’t make life any easier. Complaining doesn’t fix anything. Because Trump will always do what Trump does. Inflation, tariffs and good policies are not up to me. Disorder is all around us. But I still have to get up in the morning and live my life. Maybe everything is collapsing, but I’m still here. You’re still here.

And that means we must keep moving.

So what’s the best response? Control what you can: your own economy.

Your personal circle of influence.
