Meaning has purpose.

It’s something we all want. The good news is: you can meaning is something you can build into your life. It’s something you create. It’s a lifestyle choice you can design.

You can’t pursue meaning. Viktor Frankl, the author of Man’s Search for Meaning, believes that pursuing meaning itself is a wrong goal.

But you can build a meaningful lifestyle. It takes effort and a lot of planning, but it’s worth it. You will be happier if you can design your personal meaning.

“Meaning is not something you stumble across, like the answer to a riddle or the prize in a treasure hunt. Meaning is something you build into your life.” John W. Gardner said.

Working on the life you want, a life with minimal regrets, means finding things that bring out the best in you. It means becoming the author of your own life.

It’s a process. And it evolves. “The secret to life is meaningless unless you discover it yourself,” says W. Somerset Maugham.

You can’t change the trajectory of your life if you don’t take full responsibility for it. And that also means creating your a sense of significance.
